A little more contrast in the water is needed, yes. Or, actualy nearly everywhere ^^ It's still better than what I could do though ^_^

The water is gorgeous, but the rest looks a little washed out. Of course, the water looks like it was the most difficult thing to do, so good job. =]

I see you joined Pixel Joint abra. I'd like to welcome you! I think that it's nice but could use some more contrast. The rocks also need more texture.
