You have so many of the same colors that are off by one or two degrees of hue or saturation, keep them the same and it should fix it a lot.

Your non-jpg'd image has an incredible 95 colours. This is obviously a pixelled image but you must clean this up for the piece to be accepted. Also your preview image has been ruined with jpg artifacts or something, even though it's a png, you'll have to fix that too. Good luck!
