Well, it's been awhile since I posted some art, but I'm back. I apologize to my legions of fans who have been holding their breath (heh), but I've been busy with things. Anyway, this is a pixel of The two main characters from the comic book Tug and Buster, by Marc Hempel. If you haven't heard of it, do yourself a favor and buy it right now. Not only is it one of the most original and insightful examples of the medium I have ever read, but it's clever, witty, and f**king hysterical.

Yeah, I tried to stay faithful to Hempel's style. Tug and Buster is a satire of hero worship and the "American Male Ideal". It follows the adventures of Tug, the strong, silent epitome of manliness, and Buster, a kid who has dedicated his life to the glorification and emulation of tug, his hero.
