Looks very bizarre. Perspective? Well... I know IPhone is flat, but not that flat.

It's not bad. But something about it seems odd to me, not sure what though.

the phone looks like a carpet, try thickening it by 3 or four pixels, it might do the trick. You might also want to put some shine to the metal parts, by using a veru dark grey and a very light one instead of a steady gradient. U can also put some shine to the screen by adding a streak of white across the phone and around the button. good start though.
