Wow, i really like the perspective effect you've achieved on the background (best looking at the top left quarter of the image). But the ground looks out of perspective, i suggest making it look like the observer is closer to the ground (even adding a closer layer to the observer, like in platform games where there were several parallax layers, some further and some closer to the viewer).

It looks like from the Bleach trainin II game. Nice. I like the ground and BG, but not the best it could be.

No it is not ripped.. i make this for practice.. first i make the character, ground, and left building. but i'm get tired and lazzy when making the building so i make it fast and post to pixel joint.

this is awesome man, but you should have some dead enemies laying on the ground or something, it feels a bit empty.

This is a great idea. I think that some AA could ve used though like on that line across the sky and his headband. I think that Naruto himself and the ground are great but everything else needs more work. Like the buildings and stuff.

This looks like it was taken out of a game, aka ripped. My apologies if I'm mistaken.

But then looking at your other works I doubt that it is ripped. My bad.
