it does still looks off? mean, i've updated the image actually(the previous version still exist in the face template challenge in the collabs forums)

I'd agree with larwick the jaw area looks slightly off, still, Jean Reno is one of my favorite actors...

updated... i've tried to aged him. problem is that the palette was given by Platinum's Challenge(wich means is a fixed palette) wich were surprisingly good colors.

This is great. You've made him look a bit too young though, methinks. The lower half of his face needs to be larger. But nice work with the facial features etc. Some more definition with shading would be nice, contrast etc. Also some of the lines on the collar could be replaced with suggestible shading. :)
