About smoothness: It only uses straights and 45° lines, which is about as clean as it gets for pixelart :D

big brother: I think that would have been a bit overkill. I just wanted some accents.

spartan 117: This IS 100% true to the C64. It's hires mode. 2 colours per 8x8 character, which allows for the full 320x200 resolution.

just one question, shouldnt your dithering be 1x2 pixels. even your line art for that matter, if you want to be truly loyal to the c64. Its amazing though.

This is neat! I especially like the color you've mixed on the third tooth down on the left (upper row of teeth). It might be cool if every panel could have an interesting mix of colors like the two teeth do.
