I like that

neat idea

Lindion45 (Level 4 Lieutenant) @ 12/26/2014 16:16

Simple. But really effective

Only question, why is the shadow going towards the emptiness, rather than away from it? :P

Beautiful ^^

Dex (Level 11 CEO) @ 3/3/2009 20:44

One of my favorite pieces on PJ. :)

What a neat idea!  Really well (unexplained) job :)

user
Slemsvamp (Level 6 Serial Killer) @ 2/2/2008 06:34
Cool idea man!

user
Fuzzyleaves (Level 5 Detective) @ 1/17/2008 08:32
because we want iaza to be ours... (so it doesn't get clogged) Why would the shadow of the lamp be darker then the building's shadow?

user
MashPotato (Level 7 Underboss) @ 12/29/2007 11:19
Just beautiful...

user
Fool (Level 6 SWAT) @ 12/27/2007 18:46
Wondering why iaza.com fans are keeping silence.=)) Great mood in here, sterile environment.

DarkSoul520 (Level 1 Private) @ 12/23/2007 10:37
I like this piece a lot.
Really good work

user
Beeblebrox (Level 5 Captain) @ 12/15/2007 05:59
Great Job! it almost looks like a winter scene.

user
big brother (Level 11 Admiral) @ 12/10/2007 07:45
This is very cool -- I'm a fan of the soft rendering. It might be fun to experiment with some bolder ways of cropping the piece. Perhaps you could even cut out the white so it lies at the isometric angle.

iLKke (Level 9 Nidan) @ 12/10/2007 02:29
Awesome.
Reminds me of the first Silent Hill.

EdensReject (Level 1 Rookie) @ 12/9/2007 20:56

This really is a great example of where a white bg can be used to actually enhance a piece, well done

user
new-age-reject (Level 1 Depressed) @ 12/9/2007 17:44
This is such a great piece!
I agree with morgan cook, footprints fading off would look great!

user
Kaiseto (Level 6 Made) @ 12/9/2007 08:15
Haha. I love how given the theme of this, you can get away with a white background :p

That being said, it's a great iso. The only suggestion I could make is maybe adding a little bit of a dark shadow on the roof near the lower and upper right edges.

user
zi-double (Level 9 Necrophiliac) @ 12/9/2007 03:55
I don't see where is the shadows from balcony in front corner !

user
Adarias (Level 11 Special Agent) @ 12/8/2007 18:37
not necessarily, i see this sort of thing a lot in the city when your eyes just can't accept the bright light down say 5th avenue.

user
EyeCraft (Level 3 Stalker) @ 12/8/2007 18:34
I can dig it. Additive shadows seems strange though.

user
Fuzzyleaves (Level 5 Detective) @ 12/8/2007 18:25
Maybe put foot prints in it to add to the emptyness (irony)

user
Sabata (Level 3 Hatchikyu) @ 12/8/2007 17:42
White background really makes it superb! So interesting to watch it.

user
jalonso (Level 11 Godfather) @ 12/8/2007 17:00
iso as high art *tears*

user
soda (Level 10 President) @ 12/8/2007 16:46
