The black outline all around your scary guy makes him look slightly paper-cutout like. If you would lighten some parts it would improve the sense of depth.

Really, really, really scary.

Every time I look at it, I see different thing. At first, i thought it was some blade-runner type top-down mockup thing with strange things... Then I finally saw some kind of a man in a strange background. And after zooming in, I finally noticed that the background is water pipe, wall and water dripping.
