pity it was rejected, luigi looks a bit too chunky.

Perhaps try and fix it up a bit, maybe a background.

Yeah, if this were transparent and had some nicer colors/shading then it would be accepted easily.

Not bad. But you might want to get rid of the white background. And for something this small doesn't seem like you need that many colors. Just a thought.

It looks like you've got some soft brushing going on there, resulting in raging hordes of colours.

Pretty nice style though.
