it is supposed to look a bit different...
(Not that I could do it better!)
I take it that you play as the Space Marines, or do you play as one of the sub groups? I really like how you captured the Dreadnoughts look nicely done.

i left the background in to amke it POP, i posted it without the bg in the forums in the warhammer update thread. and i left it at 100x100 so i could use it as an avatar if i wanted to
at some point im going to animate it i hope
I love the bright bold coloring and the cool funky, blocky mech shape.
I hate to agree with pixelblink, but I think he's right. A very nicely shaded piece like this deserves a nice bg or a transparent bg. The sig looks OK to me though.
