You could always add some stuff to the foreground to spice the image up.

The buildings have a very nice style, but the characters dont go along with that... Mainly because they dont have that perspective (altho thats hard to make) but you've also used some kind of dithering on one wich completely looks different than the simplistic bg.... Hop you know what im trying to say. Guess you can fix that by darkening the characters, remove their dithering and add a white outline like the buildings have

The site's name in the banner looks more like "CIOSENOUGH.US".. I would change the "I" to "L". Otherwise nice work!
