Actually, the beard and afro are my favorite parts of the piece...and the dog as well. I did notice how the old man's eyes, on the bottom left, has evenly aligned eyes, while everyone else is goofy eyed(though he has an eye patch, so I guess it may mean something...).

Great stuff, but I don't think the beard and afro breaking from the angularity really helps it any.
