Ah, OK, that's what I was thinking :) (As both names seemed to be good at making sprites).

Things that stick out in my mind about this sprite are how he's got highlights on his shoulders, but also on the middle of his crotch instead.  And then you see he's got no highlights on his back arm or leg armor either.  I think that looks a little odd. You could also make the highlight on his helmet more round, and gradual to white (using the light blue shades, and even the light skin shades if you had to).

This does give off an old school design, which is quite nice.

Ok guys, I think there's a problem here (Though, I hope there isn't one). There's a guy going by Tempo on Rockman Perfect Memories with the same Megaman in their signature, but smaller and with many more colors. So, either this is the same guy, or someone got their sprite stolen.

I think he dont need the black line, you did a great job shading and it is disnecessary in my opinion... normally i like outlines, but in your pic it caused an wierd effect between his arms and the body, when i first saw the pic i tought you forgot to take out the "black background" on theese spots, and when i zoomed in i noticed the lines...

Welll, its just my opinion, its up to you to decide. Lovely work anyway!
