It's not really supposed to be either, so I'm not going to do anything to the hips, but I'll fix the chest.

Also, if this is supposed to me a male critter, you should narrow the hips. Looks rather femme :3 But I love it. The golden colors crown the piece.

Yep. If they aren't tits I'd suggest widening a little, raising them some, reducing hang and shadow and weakening the outline if possible.

Looks great, the only problem I can see is the shape of the titties is rather squarish, and so look a bit pecish.
