Edits of other peoples work is allowed in some ways:line art fills,collabs etc.And since Adarias gave his permisson and its sortof like a line art fill,I dont see any problem,expect the background

It's good you said first that you edited adarias's work, but anyway it's an edit, and edits aren't allowed on PJ, even if adarias given permition. Sorry but this should be rejected. I hope I will see your own work soon :)

Just move on. Adarias approving that it doesn't exceed any limit is good enough for me.

 Thanks Adarias, for approving it, I think what I'll do is I kinda want to keep the head because I really like it, but I can redo completely the entire bottom part of his body, but i really like his work so its gonna look similar, do you guys think it would be fine if I did that.

he gave credit and did some interesting stuff on his own, so this is fine by me.  if there is any trouble beyond that, it's out of my hands.

Its ok to edit a little to practice, study etc but that would be for your own improvement, you should only submit 100% original stuff... so, nicely done but keep it for yourslef (in a good way)
After all an edit stays an edit no matter what.

 Ok, guys I guess you are right, i just sorta liked the way this art turned out so I thought it would be kinda cool to submit it. Also the only reason I put this art in at first was because I wanted to use it as my avatar...so, yea. I'll start working on my own art, it'll cause less problems.

I don't think so, since its based on an edit of his work, rather than a remake of the original. problem about allowing this one is that will probably make other users that submit edits use it as their argument, with all the problems that i could carry. even if adarias allows him.

Inarma, please do not feel discourage if this doesn't get aproved. don't be afraid, go ahead and post your own works. judging by your edit, you can do it exelent if you try it by yourself. if you have doubts you can always count with the people at the WIP forums to help you.

If Adarias gave you the a ok, I guess it's ok and could count as an re-interpretation. I dunno just something to think about since you were honest.

Adarias is very active but I know he's busy now.
So that you know we all weren't very good at first.
Practice and perseverance pays off. The forum is always there for feedback, questions and to learn from others. No need to be shy or embarrased, honestly.

I think that you should ask Adarias and see what the opinion is on this. If it's allowed it's fine, if not, back for revision.

I am unsure if this is allowed or not. You seem to be on the edge of wrong/right.
We shall see have other say in their comments before deciding.

*It's always safest and desirable to be original and do your own stuff tho.
