You can't imagine how much I love ths game and how much it has influenced my work. From its huge bosses, it's soundtrack, its general ambience and the frenetic cyberpunk action packed in one of the very best action games that I've played on a console, ever. If you have played this, you'll recognise this scene from the first level. if not, I DO recomend you to get a copy and play it. and beat it, if you dare. seriously, i've expecting to make a fan art of this game for years. now, Its true. Very nice, the background really captures the style of that game. I agree with some others that the foreground character doesn't read good though, and the palette in the middle kinda ruins the atmosphere for me.

the characters are very unreadable, to be honest. i'm liking the color scheme though.

Dude this rocks. I'm not a huge fan of the color set in the middle, or the cityscape, or the water tower thing in front...which yeah okay is a lot of the piece, but the composition and the character/platform he's on totally makes up for it, and then some. You seriously need to animate that character and give it some more love, perhaps a few kickin' mockups too.
