Flarfy : I was waiting for someone to point that out, the only answer i have is that the Tv shine is from inside the room and on the windows its outside.

Pretty nice. But I think the "shinyness" on the TV screen and the windows should point in the same direction.

Actually the desk seems more contrast to me. They differ in saturation with that chair.
