you should try to go above and beyond what you see.
even if you cant, its still good to make each pixel count.

one more issue is the neck, it looks like more of a cone than a cylinder. but thats just a small detail that doesnt really matter if you dont feel like correcting it. keep up the improvement.

Ahh yes I know what you mean. But I'm not going to bother with that really. The majoirty of the entries have some sort of pillow shading in.

when theres banding as a blend method, it looks like pillow shading, which is as everyone knows(or...should),bad.

I kinda of noticed that thing with the shirt myself. I'll just fix those now. Although what do you mean by the cheeks?

youve got a bit of banding around the cheeks, and the AA from your shirt to the background looks odd because it goes to skin color rather than orange. but its way better than the old one. nice job
