Since it's a new year, I thought it'd be a good time to submit something... seeing as how I haven't done that in a while. >.> Anyhow, I read in an article in Nintendo Power that there could have been a Megaman game were all the Megamen fight each other (and Scramble Battle was the name of a rumored Megaman game). So, this is what caused me to make this... well that, and the fact it was Mega's 20th anniversary. So, I picked 4 relatively different Megamen. I guess the X series isn't much different from the Classic series, but I like the X series the most, which is why it's there. :P I also picked Airman's stage because of that, "Can't Beat Airman" song. I had to add some stuff to that stage since it was pretty bare. I also hated making the effect for Mega's and X's shots. Very time consuming. I should mention that I used Jasc to get a basic shape first, then I fooled around with it in Paint. I also resized the dash effects because that's why Capcom does in their more recent Megaman games. So, C+C? This is all in my own style, and I'm pretty tempted to make some animations in it. Any C+C you guys have regarding the background or characters would be nice! :)

Zero series was my fave ;_;. But this is beautiful pixel work. Trigger is really blocky and stiff though. :l

And, as much as X and Mega Man are more similar to each other than anybody else is, they're still significantly different enough and deserve to be treated as such :P

Ah, well, part of that is because they're firing off shots, so they're lighter looking. Here's the sprites with out the extra highlights:

The reason that X doesn't have more highlights is because I wanted it to seem he fired his off before Megaman fired his.

I also changed the outline on Megaman.EXE's sword to blue instead of black.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean about X's back curving away from his shot... Like, make it curve in the other direction?

I think that's because he's the only one not shooting.

Well done BBD, I really liked it overall. You could pick another stage, huh? Just to make contrast, with all the blue bombers, blue effects and a blue background.
The effect ended up really good, you should try these more. I love make this effects, just pick the right reference ;)
I think X pose is a bit stiffy. I think his back should be curve, oppsite to the shot side.

Still nice though, faving it.

very cool :D but the light is completely different from the megaman from the tv series (top right). you have "overlighted" all characters except that one, i know original megaman sprites have that and the tv series dont, but youll have to pick one style ;)
