It looks nice. Maybe try and raise the eyebrows(well, where they're suppose to be) just a little bit because it sort of looks like she's angry. I also think think the line for the breast is placed wrong and shouldn't be so dark. The color scheme is nice, though.

YOU'VE GOT HER SMILE ALL WRONG.

Nice use of the pallete. I don't like her face though. She loks mean and evil. Also that line going into the breast area is a bit odd too.
