His front body can have further shadows, with that blue mid-tone. The scales can be more bright and get darker the farther from the lightsource. The horn can cast a shadow under it. You can use the mid purple on the horn to AA between the dark blue and the mid blue on the body. And more hightlights on the face (but my edit its not correct). Of course these are only suggestions.
