The flame looks a lot like it was made using a soften tool. I should know, because it's the kind of thing I used to do when editing RPG Maker sprites, way back before I knew what pixel art was. Even if that isn't the case, it doesn't really need that many colors. Also, the black curved line in the middle of the table, where the cloth bends and falls downward, isn't necessary.
