Looks like the Pixelfreak tutorial.  The sides are jagged, though...

ya, you should go through a tutorial. i like this, but make the sides "iso perfect"

I would recommend you go through a tutorial on isometric perspective and perspective in general.  It helps a lot to step through a tutorial and learn all the principles.
