The neck have to be longer, the shoulders have to be larger, the nose smaller.

His shoulders should be alot wider really, at the moment he looks quite weedy for who he is. I don't think a fire emblem style portrait should have the character looking downwards imo. The outline of the jacket on the inside is far too dark i think. The hair looks unfinished, i'd render it with a bit more care.
