Yeah, the AA is definitely manual. Mainly cause it's precise but also a bit excessive (some places it turns into blur)With next/prev color, any level of AA is pretty much no hassle. Though when it turns into blur, maybe you would have been better off using smudge instead.
This is quite good. The two things that could be improved most is: the blurriness on the robots arm and most round surfaces, and the lightness of some things (it's noisy-looking in places because there are too many bright things)

Digital art is an art form that is constantly mutating and changing. Pixel art is no exception. If Slay wants to put a crapload of AA into his art, that's his decision. I think it looks sveet and looks like it took a lot of skill.

Wow, I find it hard to believe that this is actually pixel art... But I mean that in a good way, because it looks so damn good! This must've taken really long.

Not meant to offend slay... it's just unusual for so much AA to go into pixel art. This would take forever to pixel by hand!!!! You must be very dedicated.

in that case fair play they were only saying it didnt look like you had done it all pixel by pixel, it does look like you have used effects such as some styles on photoshop for example. but if you havnt awsome work! now i look at it closer though it is possible to tell it was done by hand, if you look at the robot on the right, his head at the top of his nose is an obvious place, also some of the background

It's realy funny what you have written here. Please notice, that Pixel Art can be something more than poor, plain graphics. You can create your own hand-dithering, and AA as well - as I did here. Have you ever heard about pixel art of computer demoscene? I think that you hadn't.... "We Are The Robots" it's picture pixelled pixel by pixel by hand in 8-bit sofwtare, I hadn't used any filter and 24 bit effect. It took me about 4 - 5 week to finish.

i agreed with sedge *mind if i call ya that? :)* u have too much AA to have done it by hand, fair play if u did mind, but i find it hard to believe u sat there and did all that pixel by pixel??
