Cool use of dithering.

I really like the style. Good transition from black and white to the vibrant red.

for this case nin particular, would be fun if you Over AA'ed the car, in order to make it blurry and give it a motion blur effect. the smoke could use one of the grays used as the AA of the street in order to make it less flat and give it a more cloudly effect.

indeed, you surprised me with this one AB. proof or you constant progress and imprrovement. kept it up.

It's a cardboard cutout car laying down some rubber.  Awesome. 

I think the bg is too dark (while the car has a sort of white outline to it, which to me looks a bit odd). Also the smoke way too light compared to the bg...

uhm this looks weird, the car is AAed, but the smoke is very pixely..
