Could be Blood Ravens or Blood Angels, but I used a screenshot of a Blood Angel from Dawn of War as reference, so that's what I call it.

Either Blood Ravens Third Company or Blood Angels (Sixth?) Company, they are practically the same without chapter badges and a way to tell the reds apart.

Nicely done, only thing is something funny with the mouthpiece
