way better! When he is not speaking the mouth is still a bit hard to see, but no way I can possibly think the nose is the mouth :)

As an extra, the guard is now trying to mouth a phrase.

Nice, but on the zoomed out version it looks like the nose is its mouth, witch makes the whole thing very weird.
