You always want to use a color that's in between the two it's separating.  In this case, blue is next to yellow.  Blue + Yellow = Green.  So you use green. 

I would add a few more specs of green and smooth it out even more if you have time.

Made a quick edit.  Check out the bottom of the ball.  Just do something like that all the way around so it blends. 

This would be great practice for you to AA on though.  All you really need to do is put dots of the green around the blue ball so that it looks smooth.  It doesn't take that long and the improvement will be quite drastic.  Give it a shot.  Experiment!
