I revisited my first non-avatar pixel art and hope it follows every rule of this week's challenge.

I used much more dithering, therefore I reduced the color count from 38 to 21 (both including transparency). I also used some inner anti-aliasing and added the dark outline because I think it looks more cute.

Nicely improved, maybe you could re-use a light color of his hair to make the shoes look smoother like in your first one...
