I finally took the courage and pictured my girlfriend! I have to say it was possibly the hardest pixel I ever did even though it took me only a couple of hours!
I think the realism (apart from the colors, which are purposely different) is quite high but some parts are still not perfect . I spent most of the time doing her hair, that was definitely the hardest part...
As a reference I used her photograph and her herself as well . (the reference photo in the link is scaled down so it can be easily compared, while I used much bigger one when pixelling).

I love very much. Its so real. But she, really look likes a man, this is very muscle. And she is more blonde. The eyebrows, the mouth, and the hair is very dark. I think is it. Oh, beautiful girlfriend =D. Good Job ^^
pehaps you could make her eyes a bit thicker? and lower even more the trapezoidal muscle. In your reference, the muscle's vanishing point is located in the junction between the line of the face and the line of the neck, creating an "Y" shape.
Thank you, you've got a point! I think the man-shoulder-like look caused her trapezius muscle, which was slightly bulging. I've edited it, is it any better now?
There's a misinterpretation of the shadow being on her shoulder when it is really on the wall behind, yet another reason not to use flash. Redrawing the edge of the shoulder where it really is, dropping the outer parts of the eyelids, and putting those shadows on the face will all make her thinner, more feminine, more elegant, and most of all more like the girl in the photo.
