That's odd, I checked the settings that he submitted it in, and the category is just scenes, not weekly challenges. Strange that it's still showing up. I think we all need to put our spirit rings together and summon the super admin...

How come this is still in the challenge?

The rays of light on the background could be reworked. Maybe some AA, or wider rays (that would remind Japan a lot). And maybe clean some outlines, specially the left and the center guys.

Seems a bit unfinished in places, but gives a nice overall feel.

scene, shading, palette all quite nice, but the whole thing is far too sketchy, seriously!
