its like Stickman's Avatar Stickman. the artist appears to mimic the aspect of a those random doodles in a notebook in the shape of pixel art. however, why do we have to guess what the heck is this? i would just reject this because the artist doesn't give a good explanation of what is this. one that is ubber necesary when something as specific as this.

I dunno. I think this is Pixelart drawn in an Oekaki/doodle style.
Zooming in I think shows pixelart skill. The visual however makes it seem like a simplistic doodle and Oeka-ish image.
I'm gonna leave it for the Mod squad but I would allow it as PA.
I actually find it a very clever piece : /

It looks like pixel art to me, but I can't fathom why you would pixel this sort of thing.
