Personally, I don't think you should have used dithering, or at least not to the extent that you did. I think more solid shading would look better with this cartoonish style. As it is, it looks sort of dirty, but otherwise it's pretty good.

I like it, exept the feet, you should draw sandals instead of armor on it ;)

I like the textures you have there on the armour and shields.It's pretty decent in all.
