I should make this clear before accusations are thrown around--the rough frames were NOT drawn by me, but by another artist. I did take the rough frames, clean them up drastically, and applied color. It came out of a really old thread on SRK about the community making their own fighting game. Too many people thought it would be really easy, but after showing them this process, many changed their minds. Took at least three hours just to clean up the rough frames. Coloring took a couple hours. Yes I am aware one of the frames is missing an outline.

This was the technique they used in SFIII--it really makes me appreciate it more after going through the process of creating the anim. Of course, they had dedicated animators, and programs that "auto-cleaned" I am sure. Nonetheless, it's still an arduous task. The end result is pretty satisfying though.
Great thing, but I think its a bit too slow.. try it yourself with a real briefcase. You will move much faster However, this is a great thing anyway! There are some useless movements here and there, but you did a great job on the coloring!
