I'm not sure if anyone knows/is familiar with Western Lords, but this was a proposed enemy for that project back when it was being developed for the GBA. Since then the director has abandoned this artstyle (and sprite size) in favor of something different. I always thought it was a shame, so I'll upload it on here to share with others.
