There isn't much AA on the inside. Do the black lines from the inside as well.

The shoulders look well proportioned but the head seems to be a tiny bit too small.  And the thick outline defining his jaw is a bit distracting.  I don't mind the thick outline outside of the sprite so much though.  And when you're using so few colors, contrast is key.

Nice but you should try some AA for the inside.
