Its someone elses character, and the "ping pong ball" is actually a monocle, though it may not look that way. It was pretty rushed near that area, since I get pretty impatient when I make stuff.

Congrats on the first. I love these simple but smooth shaded styles.

I think that the outlines are pretty jaggy but it's not bad. A few lessons on AAing would help you go a long way.
