Thanks for the comments, Yea it needs a little work.

Looks real nice, just one crit: it's a bit odd that the shape of the head changes only in the sideviews. I'd keep it spherical there too or flatten it a bit in the 45° views. Oh, and the movement of the highlight is a bit much too in my opinion.
