Are you kidding, greenraven? It's NPA as fuck. Which isn't to say trogdor here tried to pull one over on us, I just the artist is a bit unaware of the rules. This site is for pixelart only, including backgrounds. Try resubmitting the sprite/doll without the NonPixelArt background.

This looks freaking awesome... but it looks NPA to me. I hate it when it happens to such awesome looking pieces.
