I love it, He's very stocky and short and it makes him look so cute. Good Work!

Most of the colors are great (just the greens are a bit boring). I encourage you to reuse some of them (not in the sloppy way I did it on the edit).

Hmmm. After looking at it a while I really miss a neck or something.

Edit: You left two black pixels at the end of the pickaxe.
