I've had an unfinished merman sitting around for quite a while, and so I finally decided to pick him up and dust him off.  I went to the WIP forum to see if I could get some good advice, and I sure did.  WIP:

I got a number of tips to improve him further, but I think I'm just done with it.  And I'm pleased.  I learned a lot from this guy.  Thanks to everyone who helped me out!

Thanks for the suggestion though, MP; it's a good one and I may work on it a little later :3  I'm glad you like it.

Kira: I figured I'd get at least one comment about the lack of dithering.  But I think I like it cel shaded.

I think it came out quite well!  I really like the side fins matching the tail fin, it did end up a lot better looking.

Cel shading gets no love.
