A newly hatched baby dragon! This is the first complicated piece I've done, and entirely from scratch. It took a lot longer than I originally anticipated, but I know how to dither now! :D (Sort of.) I'm very happy with the way it finally came out.

Why is everyone saying the sand is amazing... Its just 3 colors with a diffusion style dither?? I think the eggs are good, but the dragon looks rushed and not very detailed.
Yeah, I think at some point I might come back and work on the wings some more - once I've gotten some more experience in pixelling and have some ideas of how to improve it.
I think the curve of your eggs could do with some AA. Especially the ones on the extreme right and the left. Then it'll be smooth as a baby's ovum. Or at least not as jaggy as it is now.
Its really awesome! You really should have put some more work on the wing texture, thats the only thing thats a bit bad on it, but for the rest its great! Contrast on background is enough now aswell!
The dithering on the sand is rather exceptional. As for the dragon it seems nice at first glance, but if you take a second look the foreground wing along with the shoulder seem a bit odd. Pretty good overall though.
