You could perhaps lower the amount of dithering (which is the polite way of saying it rather than insults).  The pose is nice but the face could use a little work as well.

I wouldn't recommend so much dithering on the face. The back of the jacket looks a little too poofy, but that may just be how it was, so... Well, it looks good, anyway. :D

the face looks like you have cebral palsey.

plus you have useless dithering everywhere.
