Adding on to what Metaru said, some parts are pillow shaded, and the lighting seems to come from different angles. (On the helmet, it looks like the light's from the right, but on her legs, it looks like it's coming from the left.)

Also, this piece seems to be off balance. Her left leg (our right) should not be going straight down, because now she looks on the verge of falling.

If you manage to fix those points up, then this should look pretty nice.

the anatomy and general desing of the whole sprite is really poor. no solid shapes at all, and the anatomy is a bit distorted. i would recomend you to take this and post it in the WIP forums, if real improvement is planned. otherwise, i don't believe it has much future for now.

but it is a good start, just needs these critical spots to be fixed.
