It's pretty smooth but way too slow, looks more like it is dissolving.

maybe the problem is the speed. try make it faster

Yes, it's an explosion for the game I'm doing, the one on the "Pixel Mockup". I'm no master programming, so thats why it's been so slow on complete it.

I deleted a hole frame and tried to make it appear more fast. Is it good now? Because in-game it looks better.

Maybe take away some of the middle frames, it seems that it dissapears faster than it appeared. Which is the opposite of what you want for an explosion.
