Ok, thanks, I didn't know that about the airbrush. I'm also taking a lot of heat about the size of my work - a lot of it is 900x600 pixels. There's nothing I can do about that, because most of my work was created 1, 2 or 3 years ago. I like the size for viewing on the computer screen or for printing. So maybe this forum isn't for me?

I'd suggest starting smaller with pixel art, where control is tighter, and quality will undoubtedly begin to shine through. Yes Spray can through mspaint is considered a no no, and is generally never ever used in real pixel art to be honest. It is VERY shunned by the pixel pros.
Were not saying to leave. Just Pixel Art is suppose to have every pixel controlled. The art is fine exept from the smoke. If you just re-do the smoke not using the spray tool then the piece would probally get excepted.
Hey Kee: Ya, I used the airbrush on the Microsoft paint program. It's part of the program. I'm not allowed to use that.? That's kind of a bummer. It's something I will continue to use if needed, but I guess I just won't submit it HERE. Thanks for checking it out though. ~Greg~
To me the smoke coming from the train is a spray-tool. Idk for sure tho. But seeing as you are new, and if you did use the spray tool, it is not allowed
