Enjoy my submision. Vlad Dracul from Human History/mixed with fantasy tales. Background was the real challenge.
Sprite of Undead Vlad Dracul/Vlad Tepes = 24 colors. Background = same colors. Total 24 colors.

Sorry, lol. I wasnt a good spriter at that time and also @ iLKke, I couldnt speak English that good back then :P I'll work harder this time. ^^

Is the backgound a color reduction? Thats not allowed here.

The sprite is neat though. Even though its pillowshaded.
