Mhm, it looks like "FROSP", otherwise great logo.

I like the text part of the logo, but the mask looks like it has the wrong proportions. If you look at human anatomy, the forehead would be larger, and I would give it a less simple and round shape... But the colouring however is really nice

My only crit is that everything is made of same plastic. Try making materials more specular or more matte.
IF you crop it a bit it could make a great avatar.
